After becoming Mothers, our children naturally became the center of our universe. However, in the process, we often neglect our own self-care. Research suggests that this is a result of an experience called the “Inner Split” where our brains switch from “Me to We” the moment we become a mother.
This shift transforms the woman we were into the mother we are now. For the rest of our lives, we carry the title of a mother, and we change in more ways than one. While our child’s needs become the top priority, it’s crucial to remember self-care for our own well-being.
The overwhelming love we have for our child can result in mothers feeling burnt out, forgotten, and undervalued. So, Mama, let’s take a moment to explore this new version of “you” and determine what and how you need to prioritize you and your well-being

A compassionate and experienced certified mothers coach and mentor, dedicated to helping women navigate the emotional and mental challenges of motherhood. Based on the stunning Sunshine Coast, Bojannah is a proud mother of two beautiful girls and a loving wife. Her own journey through motherhood led her to question the lack of support available for mothers and their wellbeing, which inspired her to specialize in this field.
Bojannah’s expertise in this area comes from years of researching and learning from a diverse range of professionals, enabling her to provide mothers with the right tools to help them through the different seasons of their motherhood journey. Since 2021, she has been a certified Mothers Coach, committed to supporting mothers and promoting their wellbeing.

Designed to provide a safe and nurturing space where mums can feel supported, safe and heard. By focusing on the Six Pillars of Change and the teachings of Matrescence, the understanding of the identity shifts that we may be experiencing. We offer a holistic approach to motherhood that helps women navigate the challenges and joys of this transformative time.
One-on-one sessions are available via Zoom for a 45min consult.

One on One Mentoring
HEAL THE MOTHER, HEAL THE WORLD
Mothers’ one-on-one counseling is a form of therapy that provides individualized support and guidance to mothers. The purpose of this counseling is to help mothers navigate the challenges and stressors of motherhood and to promote their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
During a one-on-one counseling session, a mother will have the opportunity to discuss her unique experiences and feelings with a trained counselor. The counselor will listen, provide support, and offer guidance to help the mother work through any difficulties she may be facing.
